What's this old show called?!?

Okay, there was this show when I was real little like 5 or 6 I'm 17 now. I used to watch it all the time. I forget what it's called! I think they were a jamacin family, and I think the scene was always outside by their porch. They would always play and sing music. And I always remembered they had really white hands. (not to be racist) please help!!
