I have a crush... on an internet friend?

Well for starters there's nothing wrong with falling for an "internet friend" but you must realise the negative issues involved! It could be very dangerous or could be best choice to tell him you have a crush on him. If you're what you described yourself as, then go out and meet other guys/girls! An xbox relationship doesnt have much to grow into! Just way up the pros and cons and it think you'll see the cons outweigh the pros :)
