Cant remember the name of a movie?

So I was a kid when I saw movie from TV, and few days ago it came to my head I need to know what movie it was. So I kinda only remember 1 scene from that movie :D It was somekind of 1on1 fighting movie with 2 teams competing eachother. At the scene guy from "good side" gets beaten byt guy from "bad side". Guy from good side is wearing kind pork pie styled hat, and bad guy with eyepatch brokes hes back with a kick. "Bad side" was all asians I think. PLEASE help me to remember :D
