I dont like masturbation but i feel weird not doing it...?

its embarrasing to ask and if i knew any of you irl i wouldnt, but i dunno how to explain...when i finger myself or anything i feel weird and nasty, but if i dont it feels tingly down there...nothing comes out and its nota yeast infectionor anything, it just feels tingly like how its supposed wen your horny, but i dontfeel like i am, the only way to stop the feeling to to masturbate, but i dont like doing that.....is it really something bad or am i sick and how do i stop it plz help?
