Never use an "online shrink." Probably your best bet is a school counselor. There is more to counseling than just talking. It is one thing to ask a question in this type of forum, it is another to begin opening up details online with someone. There are all types of laws in place to prevent abuse and a normal counselor setting; online, you are just sitting vulnerable.
