I keep dreaming of ZOMBIES?

I keep having dreams that I am the Only human who is not zombiefied. In my dream, the only way I can keep unzombiefied is to kill myself and become a ghost.. Or something. I also have spirit friends who killed themselves. The zombies refer to me as a "Vampire" and they surround my house trying to bite me and make me a Zombie.. So in my dream, of course I am too much of a wuss to kill myself. One because one of the ghosts look like the man that molested me IRL when I was only 5, and two its just creepy to die. Anyways, are there any reasons why I keep having these dreams?
