I keep dreaming about children running away from me? What does it mean?

There is always these kids running from me in the streets, like A LOT. They easily outrun me, and I have to ask people to pick them up for me. Sometimes they're mine, sometimes not. I don't have any irl, but these past few months I've been playing with my cousin (she's 1 yo). She's really fun, but I generally dislike kids and don't want any of my own. Anyway, today I dreamt I had a boy who ran from me in the streets, plus a cheating boyfriend who was openly a ladie's man. (weird thing is I don't like men either.) What does this mean? I was thinking it may have something to do with me getting older last month! Like, my youth is running away from me or something... lol Thoughts, anyone?
