Girls I need your help and opinions?

I really messed things up online becaue I wasn't myself and used this really handsome's photos. When she found out she was really mad at me. I think because she is disappointed and liked and wanted the other guy! :-( I think maybe now it's better to meet ppl irl but the thing is I feel so guilty for what I did and possibly hurting her. Do you think even if she thinks I'm not her type that we can be friends if I apologize. I've seen some of her friends and they aren't the cutest guys or girls. Should I apologize and try to talk to her or do you think she's too creeped out?
